I Am A Scientist is an STEM outreach program that delivers exceptional hands-on STEM activities to Hawaiʻi and the broader Pacific. IAS is free and visits different classrooms and community events offering STEM activites that focus on biology, chemistry, forensic science, and more while focusing on the techniques and equipment. The purpose is to make STEM more accessible and less intimidating.

York University serves as a reception and decontamination centre for those who may be affected by a nuclear accident in the Greater Toronto Area. Aloha ʻĀina Kalaepōhaku will bring together kaiāulu to mālama from mauka to makai. With a focus on Aloha ʻĀina as the vehicle to educate on sustainability, our event will involve hands-on service and experiential learning by way of existing projects within the campus māla, pālolo stream, and invasive limu removal at Ka'alawai beach .

One of the core outcomes of EMERITUS will be the creation of a training program for Police Authorities & other security practitioners focused on environmental crime investigation. The training program is based on 3 sessions delivered in Italy, Greece and Spain respectively.

AMR (Antimicrobial Resistance) kills and debilitates millions of people annually, especially in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). It also turns back years of progress on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in global health, food safety and security, economic growth, poverty alleviation, and the environment.

Use of drone in industry, government, non-governmental operations, education, research and training is growing. Understanding and ability to operate drones for such purposes is becoming an important skill that everyone can have in its skillset.
