Background
As organizations increasingly adopt AI-driven tools, there is a growing need to move beyond basic automation toward intelligent systems capable of reasoning, decision-making, and contextual memory. This Agentic AI Masterclass responds to this need by equipping participants with practical CGN.2025.001/QA FORM skills to design, build, and govern autonomous AI-powered workflows using large language models (LLMs) and automation platforms. Delivered online in collaboration with CIS College, the course emphasizes applied learning and real-world use cases across business functions.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Differentiate between traditional automation and agentic AI systems
- Design and deploy AI agents with reasoning, memory, and decision logic
- Integrate LLMs into workflows using Zapier and related tools
