The 7th Voka Day of Sustainable Entrepreneurship, organised in collaboration with CIFAL Flanders, celebrated the achievements of Flemish companies advancing sustainability through the PCA2030 Trajectory. CIFAL Honolulu partners with them by helping restore the land by gardening and landscaping. We have adopted a garden bed and plan to revitalize the area to promote wellness through ʻāina work. SDG 3 and 15 focused!

Sustainable Coastlines is a non-profit organization in Honolulu that serves to protect and raise awareness of coastline conservation. They hosted the annual Sustainable Coastlines free event for community members to participate in ʻāina service in the beginning and have a non-profit festival with food music and games.

The use of drones and remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) has revolutionized numerous sectors, offering unparalleled advantages in mapping, monitoring, efficiency, safety, and accessibility.

General Scenario for the whole series

The Lassonde School of Engineering launched k2i (kindergarten to industry) academy in June 2020 with a mission to create an ecosystem of diverse partners, committed to dismantling systemic barriers to opportunities for underrepresented students in STEM.
