The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a comprehensive framework for addressing global challenges and achieving sustainable development. This course is designed to provide economic developers with a deep understanding of the SDGs and their direct relevance to their work.
This course proposal arises within the framework of the Mediterranean Sustainability Observatory.
The purpose of the SDG Affinity Group is to create micro-workshops and experiential learning environment that aids faculty and staff in gaining a deeper understanding of CIFAL Honolulu and the SDGs. We will share the role SDGs can play in fostering quality education for our students, community, and ourselves.
CIFAL Research Sprint is a student-led research opportunity that allows students to research an SDG-related problem. $500 mini-grants is given for support. 8-weeks.
