This session will be led by a guest speaker, Mimi Nicklin, a globally recognised advocate for empathy, listening, and human connection.
- Mimi is the #1 workplace wellbeing leader in Malaysia, #12 female LinkedIn influencer, internationally bestselling author of three books, and founder of Empathy Everywhere. She has recently shared stages with Bill Gates, Steve Wozniak, and Steven Bartlett and appeared on BBC live to 85 million viewers as the leading voice in Listening‑Led Leadership.
- In her session, Mimi will explore empathy and listening as performance‑driving capabilities, linking emotional intelligence to measurable engagement, output, and performance outcomes.
- These skills will be especially critical when participants present their capstone projects, as they will need to communicate their solutions with clarity, authenticity, and emotional resonance.
