In this session, participants will dive into the essential communication skills that form the backbone of effective mediation. Focusing on key techniques such as active listening and asking different types of questions, attendees will learn how to gather critical information while maintaining a neutral and supportive stance. The session will explore how to use summarizing and reframing techniques to clarify and reshape discussions, ensuring that all parties feel heard and understood. Through interactive exercises and real-world examples, participants will develop the skills necessary to foster open communication, facilitating a more productive and collaborative mediation process.
