Design Impactful Learning Interventions: Master training conceptualization and explore approaches like systems thinking and problem framing to ensure training interventions are targeting the right problems.

Integrate Artificial Intelligence into Learning Design: Leverage generative AI in the instructional design process, while considering ethical implications and applying prompt engineering techniques effectively.

Promote Inclusivity in Training: Foster transformative training environments by applying the five inclusivity lenses throughout the training cycle, actively identifying barriers, and committing to concrete actions that ensure equal opportunities for all.

Apply Conflict-Sensitive Facilitation: Understand potential causes of tension in multi stakeholder meetings and learn to use facilitation strategies, techniques, and tools to navigate tensions and foster increased understanding, respect, and constructive dialogue.
