Whether it is how to handle an organizational challenge, a takeover or a dispute, successful negotiation means getting what you want without offending the other party. For the adequate implementation of and compliance with MEAs at a national level, there is a need to raise awareness on International Environmental Law (IEL) and develop specific capacities for its implementation at the national level.

L'année 2015 a été marquée par l'adoption de quatre accords historiques des Nations Unies : le Cadre de Sendai pour la réduction des risques de catastrophe, le Programme d'action d'Addis-Abeba, le Programme de développement durable à l'horizon 2030 et l'accord de Paris. Le Programme 2030 est devenu un accord-cadre pour ces trois autres accords.

El año 2015 fue marcado por la adopción de cuatro acuerdos históricos de las Naciones unidas: el Marco de Sendái para la Reducción del Riesgo de Desastres 2015-2030, la Agenda de Acción de Addis Abeba, la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible y el Acuerdo de Paris.
