Background

CIFAL Durban is pleased to announce the upcoming Knowledge Management Champions Workshop, an important initiative led by the eThekwini Municipality through the Municipal Institute of Learning (MILE), aimed at strengthening knowledge management practices across the municipality. This workshop marks a significant step in equipping nominated Knowledge Management (KM) Champions with the skills, tools, and strategies needed to drive institutional learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Content and Structure

By bringing together nominated KM Champions and KMMA Steering Committee Members, the programme will foster collaboration, strengthen cross-departmental partnerships, and empower participants to become advocates for knowledge sharing within their teams. The initiative supports innovation, informed decision-making, and organisational resilience while contributing to a more connected and future-ready municipality.

The registration is closed.
