Objectifs du cours

To strengthen the capacity of aspiring and practising humanitarians, government MDA personnel, and NGO professionals by enhancing their knowledge, leadership competencies, and practical skills in Humanitarian Leadership Dynamics, NGO Management, and Community Development.

 

Contexte

Effective humanitarian action and sustainable community development require strong leadership, sound organizational management, and the ability to respond to complex social challenges. This course is designed to strengthen the capacity of aspiring and practising humanitarians, government MDA personnel, and NGO professionals with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools needed in Humanitarian Leadership Dynamics, NGO Management, and Community Development.

Objectifs d'apprentissage

After the training the participants will;

  • Understand the concept of NGO Management, concept Volunteerism and Humanitarianism and how to apply them;
    • learn how to operate and sustain an NGO in line with global best practices and humanitarian leadership ethical values
      • Learn the SDG goals
      • Learn how to address humanitarian cross cutting issues
