This workshop aims to disseminate appropriate approaches, criteria and methodologies to increase the technical quality of GADP international cooperation programs and projects. Through the development of training actions that aim to complement the technical training of its managers and technicians, offering the concepts, tools and skills necessary to plan, develop and evaluate international cooperation projects for sustainable development.

The general objective is to support and technically support the international cooperation units of the prefectures.

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Promote and build networking among the different actors of the country's international cooperation.
  • Develop methodological materials and tools and network services in international cooperation.

The course is comprised of the following topics:

  • Introduction to International Cooperation Project Management.
  • Logical Framework Approach.
  • Cooperation agents: modalities of action and procedures for financing projects.

The methodology used in the workshop is eminently practical and participatory. It works in groups through tables, which allow internalizing the contents through this, elements of teamwork and leadership are fostered and developed, promoting the generation of networks and the search for alliances between the GADs.
