This Basic Mediation Training program is designed to equip participants with the fundamental skills and knowledge required to mediate conflicts effectively.

Emergencies and crises, whether natural or man-made, pose significant challenges for organizations and communities. While many understand the importance of being prepared, the process of developing and implementing an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) can often feel intricate and challenging.

Considering the frequency of natural disasters, man-made accidents, and violent crime in people’s daily life, CIFAL Bangkok collaborates with experienced security professionals and deliverers from the Human Development Forum Foundation (HDFF) in order to provide a specialized Stay Safe Training for “Sustainable Leadership in Crisis”.

Amid frequent humanitarian crises, climate-induced emergencies, crippling insecurity, and economic instability, the number of forcibly displaced and stateless people was estimated to have exceeded 130.8 million in 2024.
