The overarching goal of the programme is to provide access to digital learning platform together with employment opportunities for Ukrainian women evacuees in Poland. The programme content aims at building up on their previous experience with new and practical skill-sets in the field of digital technology to strengthen their expertise.

In the framework of the Phase 2 of the Programme, the participants will have an opportunity to participate in online interactive sessions for the successful candidates in the field of Generative AI, social and digital entrepreneurship as well as effective presentations skills to improve their overall knowledge and presentation skills. The sessions will be delivered by successful practitioners, experts, and mentors.

By the end of the session the participants of the webinar will be able to:

- gain profound understanding of what Large Language Models are and how they work;

- explore use cases and the impact on data analysis, decision-making, and strategic planning;

- address the ethical and technical challenges, including data protection and model security;

- get practical skills of implementing a simple LLM project to analyze business data;
