The overarching goal of the programme is to provide access to digital learning platform together with employment possibilities for Ukrainian women evacuees in Poland. The programme content aims at building up on their previous experience with new and practical skill-sets in the field of digital technology to strengthen their expertise.

The broad goals pursued by the programme include:
1) gain technical skills in relevant IT fields to enhance employment opportunities in respective fields of expertise
2) be able to independently formulate and develop socially responsible digital start-ups/enterprises in line with current needs of Ukraine
3) be able to use leadership skills to drive change and innovation in the ever-evolving digital landscape
4) cultivate entrepreneurial skills and mindset needed in the digital technology domain
