Objectifs du cours
The course is tailed to enable participants from developing countries to command the principles of City Planning and ICT, Informatization and city life, Informatization and Global Cooperation, City Informatization Index.
Contexte
In the 21st centry, Information Communication Technology becomes the upmost powerful driving force for global economy growth. At the very least 20 years from now, ICT will maintain its leading role in motivating economy growth.
The construction and application of population management system is a systems-engineering topic. Not only are information technology and database application involved, but also population statistics, demography, sociology and relative science are included.
Objectifs d'apprentissage
The population management level of the government of recipient countries can be improved to:
1. seek an approach to become Informatization and urbanization.
2. enhance the cooperation and communication among participating countries and China
3. promote international relationships in the long term
Contenu et structure
The course will provide concepts and methodologies related to Informatization and Urban Development.
The program is divided into lessons, specialized lectures, practices, discussions, cases study and company visits aimed at better developing cities in the information explosion era.
Therefore, the various modules of lectures below will be referred to during the training course:
1. Module: the current and future of Shanghai Municipal City Informatization Development, Network Technology and Smart City, City Planning and ICT, Informatization and city life, Informatization and Global Cooperation, City Informatization Index.
2. Discussion: human living condition maintenance and urban healthy developments
3. Technical Visit: Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang, Xi’an, Wuxi, and Hangzhou
