SPICE is a one month Summer Data Science Research Immersion, serving students from Hawai`i, the continental US and the US-affiliated Pacific Region. For those involved in the drafting, negotiation and conclusion of international treaties, a sound knowledge of the Law of Treaties is indispensable.
