The "Youth Talent in the Global Industry" project was an integral part of the IV International Business Seminar. It aimed to engage students from SESI schools in solving the pressing issue of youth employability within the industrial sector. The initiative sought to foster collaboration and innovation among young talents, providing them with a platform to address real-world challenges faced by the industry in terms of youth employment.

Students from SESI schools were assigned the task of finding innovative solutions to improve youth employability in the industry.

They were encouraged to gather insights from international experiences by interviewing consuls present at the seminar. The students worked in teams to collect information, analyze global best practices, and develop a solution to present to the seminar’s audience.

The event followed an interactive approach, with students conducting interviews, gathering data, and utilizing critical thinking and teamwork to propose solutions. They used the information collected to craft a comprehensive solution that was later presented to the seminar participants. This hands-on approach allowed the students to engage directly with professionals and consuls, providing them with valuable international perspectives.

Students from SESI schools, industry professionals, seminar attendees, and experts in the field of youth employability and global industry trends.
