Antecedentes
The healthcare sector continues to face growing demands linked to public health challenges, healthcare accessibility, emergency preparedness, and the strengthening of health systems. Nurses and healthcare personnel play a critical role in ensuring quality healthcare delivery and resilient health services at community and institutional levels.
This training programme aims to strengthen the professional capacities of nurses and healthcare-related employees through practical and context-based learning. The programme focuses on enhancing technical competencies, communication, patient care practices, and community-oriented healthcare approaches, while supporting broader efforts toward sustainable and resilient health systems.
