This course proposal arises within the framework of the Mediterranean Sustainability Observatory. The creation of this Observatory is the result of the agreement signed between CIFAL Malaga and Abdelmalek Essaadi University, which also has the collaboration of the International University of Andalusia, the Andalusian Agency for Cooperation, the CIDEAL Foundation, the University of Malaga, the City Council of Malaga, the IATUR Tourism Research Institute, and the Mediterranean Cooperation Center of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). The Mediterranean Sustainability Observatory aims to become a reference center for social agents from both shores of the Mediterranean interested in the development of the concept of sustainability in all its aspects.
