Presentation of Prototype M&E System of the Delta State VISION 2020
This Presentation meeting is part of the activities of implementing a Monitoring and Evaluation System for VISION 2020 in Delta State, Nigeria. Following the Stakeholders Analysis, a Capacity building training course on Monitoring and Evaluation of Developmemt Project and Programmes and a fact-finding mission; a Prototype M&E system has been designed in collaboration with ITC-ILO for presentation to Delta State Government Officials. This meeting aims to inform participants about the proposed M&E system, the system functionalities, business cycle, processes, maintainance, and the reporting structure of the system.
The meeting also aims at receiving feedback and recommendations to get approval for the system implementation.
The presentation aims to inform participants about the computerized M&E system to support the implementation of Delta State VISION 2020 and receive feedback and recommendations towards implementing the designed prototype.
The meeting is composed of 3 items.
1) Introduction
2) Presentation of the designed Prototype for the M&E System
3) Feedback, Questions, Answers and Recommendation Session
As the meeting aims to inform stakeholders and gather information, emphasis will be placed on presentations which will include examples and case studies and will be rounded off by an interactive session to receive feedback and recommendation on the proposed M&E system.
This meeting targets government officals and other stakeholders involved in the implementation of the Delta State VISION 2020 Monitoring and Evaluation System.
The meeting will take place in the Conference Room, Delta State Secretariat, Asaba.
