It is necessary to create ways to encourage young people to take the lead in their sectors. After all, despite a cliché, they really are a fundamental part of the transformations that the country needs. Whether in politics, entrepreneurship or any other sector, it is necessary to develop the individual's management capacity with encouragement and practice.
Introducing this mentality to young people makes them more likely to assume a leadership position so that they can then transform their area of expertise.
The webinar promoted in reference to the 75th anniversary of the creation of the UN, aims to disseminate the Sustainable Development Goals more widely, promoting information about the conduct of international organizations regarding the 2030 Agenda, and mainly motivating the participation of other young people, both in the social and / or business in sustainability actions and projects.
