The three-day workshop covered collaborative leadership principles, barriers to collaboration, responsible leadership and the SDGs, practical collaboration tools, global social development challenges, poverty-to-prosperity transitions, and gender-transformative leadership in cities. Sessions included expert lectures, reflection exercises, case studies, and team-based strategy development.
方法
The workshop was delivered in person through interactive sessions combining expert presentations, guided discussions, personal reflection exercises, Q&A sessions, and team-based strategy development. Participants engaged in practical exercises to identify strengths, overcome collaboration barriers, and design action plans.
