The course explains the rationale for developing a national strategic plan for TB and highlights key global developments that have informed the approaches to developing a national strategic plan.

The course describes the process for developing a national strategic plan for TB and explains the six phases of development. It will also walk you through the proposed structure of a national strategic plan for TB.

A national strategic plan for tuberculosis (TB) is a key document that guides national authorities and stakeholders in comprehensively addressing the TB epidemic through interventions both within and beyond the health sector.

This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to take part in national strategic planning for TB.
