The industries of Francisco Beltrão are hiring a considerable amount of migrants and refugees, mostly Venezuelans. However, there are still cultural and language challenges that need to be overcome for the true inclusion of the new employees.
To bring together professionals from the public and private sector, universities, migrants and refugees and talk about their context, their experiences and its insertion on the labour market.
