Background
Working remotely simply means performing one’s job away from the office. During COVID 19 pandemic, this method of working has gained importance. Performance Management helps management to focus on the formulation of KPA’s/KPI’s and how to do the scoring assessment and help them build their capacity

This event aims to capacitate government officials while working remotely. This was enabling session for Managers to be well equipped and carry out future performance assessments
