Background
International cooperation, particularly South-South cooperation, may constitute important complementary resources to national budgets to promote development at the national and regional levels. Providing spaces to promote dialogue between stakeholers on this topic is of vital importance to implement development within countries.

The event aims to promote South-South cooperation and the exchange of knowledge, perspectives and experiences on the legal frameworks and institutional mechanisms of international cooperation for development.
