Background

Brazil is undergoing transformations in the relationship between citizens, companies and government. A new perspective for making this relationship more transparent and appropriate is ongoing. In addition to legislation, citizens are also engaged in the fight against corruption.

According to data from the Office of Investigation and Fight against Organized Crime, Brazil lost R$ 123 billion with corruption schemes. These losses, in addition to reducing investments in basic education or health, promote a lack of interest in investment in Brazil, impacting on the country's economic growth.

Event Objectives

This webinar aims to promote reflection on the importance of integrity management and compliance in organizations, and to provide instruments for the evaluation and definition of strategies for the management of integrity.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify needs, challenges and possibilities to improve the compliance in their institutions;
  • Apply the principles of integrity and transparency;
  • Apply problem diagnosing and problem-solving skills in compliance area;
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen the compliance area in their institutions.

Content and Structure

The event provides information and instruments so that organizations can ensure business and integrity partnerships, and can implement their internal process of structuring an integrity program.

Methodology

The webinar combines short presentations about the importance of compliance to strength institutions and interactive training tools, such as case studies and task assignments, to develop and implement integrity programs.

Targeted Audience

The event targets industry workers, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders involved in the implementation of integrity programs in private organizations.
