Background
Using "training the trainers" approach, CIFAL Madrid offers road safety trainings to prison officers who will deliver this training to prisoners in 49 prisons in Spain.
Event Objectives
The main objective of the event is to offer prison officers a broad view on the main risk factors related to road safety. This training aims to train prisoners officials who, in turn, will disseminate knowledge in prisons.
Content and Structure
The seminar is comprised of the following topics:
- Introduction to Road Safety
- Human factor
- Vehicle factor
- Road factor
- Regulation and penalty point system.
Methodology
The seminar includes short presentations on road safety.
