CIFAL Curitiba + SESI

Background

The increasing global demand for sustainable and responsible business practices has positioned Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria as a strategic framework for long-term competitiveness and risk management.

In response, the FIRJAN System, including SESI, developed the Jornada ESG (ESG Journey) as a structured learning pathway designed to support companies—particularly small and medium-sized enterprises—in integrating ESG principles into their corporate strategy and operations.

The programme aims to strengthen institutional capacity within industry to address sustainability challenges, improve governance structures, and enhance social responsibility practices while maintaining economic competitiveness.
