Background

As part of its mission to promote sustainable development and quality education (SDG 4), CIFAL Istanbul collaborated with BAU CO-OP, Darüşşafaka, UNITAR, and Bahçeşehir University to organize the Career Development Program with Darüşşafaka High School Students on February 27. The event featured engaging talks by CIFAL Istanbul team members on the critical topics of sustainability and climate change. Through this initiative, students were encouraged to reflect on global environmental challenges and their role in shaping a more sustainable future—highlighting the power of education and youth engagement in driving meaningful change.

Event Objectives

Raise awareness about sustainability and climate change among high school students. Promote youth engagement in global environmental issues. Support SDG 4: Quality Education through informative and inclusive dialogue. Encourage students to take action toward a sustainable future.
