This event recognizes the youth's role in shaping the world's future and its development. With this in mind, a parliamentary procedure simulation is a relevant event to inform them on how policies and programs are being crafted internationally and implemented nationally.

Methodology
Through a simulation, the Parliamentary Procedure of the Southeast Asian Gender Organization was introduced. Selected students played the role of the countries’ representatives and union officials.
Targeted Audience
The event's target audience is Grade 9 and 10 students of Tibagan High School and other nearby high schools where the parliamentary procedure is aimed to be introduced.
