A 2- days workshop was held on regulatory aspects related to industrial chemicals registration and risk assessment for health and the environment.
Event Objectives
Achieve a common understanding among governmental agencies on the MINAM regulatory proposal of Titles III and V of Legislative Decree No. 1570 related to the registration and evaluation of risks of chemical substances for health and the environment. Collect positions and observations on the regulatory proposal to proceed to its finalization.
Content and Structure
Presentations and Q/A sessions guided by an expert.
Methodology
30 min to 1hr Power Point presentations with open space for questions + Prepared questions to motivate discussion following the presentations in 30min to 1hr.
Targeted Audience
Governmental (Customs, Agriculture, Health, Labour, Mining, Transport, Foreign Affairs, and Environment) and local industry representatives.
