Antecedentes
Sistema Fiep is committed to stimulate the socially responsible management of industries and to encourage transparency and competitiveness in business. Since 2013, Sistema Fiep, in partnership with CIFAL Curitiba and UNITAR, has been promoting dialogue on ethics and transparency in the private sector. In this context, Sistema Fiep and CIFAL Curitiba propose to host the workshop "Compliance Tools: Codes of Conduct and Complaint Channels”. This event offers information and tools for organizations to ensure integrity in business and partnerships.
Objetivos del evento
This workshop showcases the importance of integrity and compliance management in the institutions. It equips with tools and provides valuable information to professionals involved in compliance processes.
Objetivos del aprendizaje
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Apply compliance tools to improve transparency and integrity in business;
- Structure a Code of Conduct to their institutions;
- Structure an efficient Compliant Channel;
Contenido y estructura
Workshop will present an introduction to integrity programs, and will present some tools to structure these programs, focusing on the Code of Conduct and the Compliant Channel.
Metodología
The workshop is comprised of a brief introductory presentation, followed by practical group activities.

Managers and technicians in the areas of Audit, Legal Department and / or internal controls of small and medium enterprises of Parana state.
