This event brings together 4 South East Asian countries (Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand) and other stakeholders to discuss an approach, presented by UNITAR, to carry out a training needs assessment - informing development of a learning strategy and action plan for the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) funded Governance of climate change finance project in South East Asia.
