CIFAL Istanbul introduced its Youth Platform during Bahçeşehir University’s Student Clubs Week 2024–2025 to raise awareness of its mission, activities, and opportunities for student engagement. The introduction aimed to strengthen youth participation in sustainable development and leadership-focused initiatives.
Objetivos del evento
To present the Youth Platform’s purpose, structure, and annual activity plan. To encourage new student participation in CIFAL Istanbul programmes. To increase visibility of capacity-building opportunities offered through UNITAR. To promote youth leadership, sustainability education, and community involvement on campus.
Contenido y estructura
The introduction included a presentation outlining the Youth Platform’s mission, past achievements, upcoming projects, and membership process. Students engaged with representatives to learn about workshops, events, and volunteer-based initiatives.
Metodología
A direct engagement approach was used, combining informational presentations with one-on-one interaction at the club stand. This allowed students to receive clear guidance while fostering open communication and active participation.
